When I inquired about a change, he falsely attributed it to the doctor's recommendation. Upon consulting the doctor regarding this matter, I was informed that it was the pharmacist who had made the change. I corrected it myself, but the pharmacist reverted it to his pharmacy without my consent. Additionally, he reordered a repeat prescription without my request and seemed puzzled about his actions.
