What is the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)?
EPS is an NHS system that allows your GP to send prescriptions electronically to your nominated pharmacy. You choose Whitmore Pharmacy as your nominated pharmacy, and your prescriptions come directly to us when they are authorised. No need to pick them up from the surgery first.
How to Nominate Whitmore Pharmacy
- Ask your GP surgery to nominate Whitmore Pharmacy as your preferred dispenser
- Alternatively, ask our pharmacist to set up the nomination on your behalf — we can do this in-store
- Once set up, your repeat prescriptions will come to us automatically
